PETCANWINE® / Information
Terms & conditions
Updated 8 October 2026
Scope
These terms govern use of the PETCANWINE® B2B website, operated by the company identified in the legal notice. They are website-use terms, not a substitute for a project’s supply contract.
Professional enquiries
The website presents packaging and production options for brands and beverage producers. The current format is the slim 250 ml PET can; adaptations are development options. The project form prepares an email draft or local file. No order, payment or binding contract is made through this site.
Technical and commercial terms
Prices, volumes, lead times, product suitability, pressure ratings, filling requirements and any adapted formats are agreed for the specific project. Written quotations and specifications govern a supply. Our stated 12-month shelf-life guarantee concerns our protected PET blend of oxygen scavengers and barriers, with the agreed wine, filling and storage conditions; its application is defined in the written project terms.
Concept imagery and schematic charts illustrate a proposition. They are not themselves laboratory results, a compatibility approval or a production record. Original technical references retain their identified test configuration.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use this site for lawful professional information and enquiries. Do not interfere with security, introduce harmful software, impersonate others or misuse protected content. Our own and third-party materials remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights.
News, links and availability
Industry-news references concern the named publisher and brand. They do not establish a commercial relationship with PETCANWINE®. External services operate under their own terms. We may update information and correct errors; uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and law
Our privacy policy and cookie policy describe data processing and storage choices. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to the visitor.
